1 x Hista-Aid®

1 x Quinton® Daily Nasal Spray

Hista-Aid®: Take 4 pumps as needed. Hold in mouth 30 - 90 seconds before swallowing. May be repeated up to 8 pumps for advanced cases. May be mixed into water. Best taken on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. If pregnant, breast-feeding or planning to become pregnant, consult your physician before use.

Quinton® Daily Nasal Spray: Use 1 to 6 times a day. Daily use, no restrictions. Suitable for adults and children 6 years and older.

Attach the nozzle to the bottle. Press the nozzle until it produces a spray.

Carefully insert the end of the nozzle into one nostril and tilt your head to the opposite side.

Press the nozzle and inhale until it is completely washed.

Repeat the process in the second nostril.

When finished, wash the nozzle with soapy water.
